- Two new forms “Contacts” and “Contact Companies” are added. They will be created when setting up new Today 2011 forms. Contacts are now defined as people who are associated with Contact Companies. A contact company can have more than one contact person. You can assign contact people to contact companies. The data will be synchronized to applicable tables in Time 2011.
- New tab added to the Client form where you can assign a staff member to the client. This will sync with Time 2011.
- Under the Attention tab a new “Client Employees” form has been created to input all your client employees and then assign the employees to the applicable Attention field for the client. This will sync with Time 2011’s client employees.

Requirements
In order to customize Today, including the setting up of forms and synchronization with Time you must ensure that Outlook, Time and Today have been installed before continuing.
- Microsoft Outlook version 2000 or higher;
- Time version 2011;
- Today version 2011; and
- Internet Explorer version 5.0 or higher and a connection to the internet in order to publish to web pages properly. They do not publish properly using another browser such as Netscape.
- Exchange server is required only if synchronization is being done to or from the Outlook public folders that are stored on a server.
- Today does not operate with versions of Outlook prior to version 2000.
