New Online Community Allows Users to Identify and Share Risks
CaseWare International Inc. has announced the launch of CaseWare® RiskSpace™; a new online community that allows users to quickly download content such as risks, controls, and management letter comments free of charge. The RiskSpace community was developed in order to help accounting professionals identify risks and their associated controls and management recommendations.
CaseWare RiskSpace has been populated with over 100 risks, hundreds of controls, and 200 management letter comments that have been conveniently organized into categories. Controls and management letter comments have been associated with the relevant risks, providing a valuable knowledgebase of content that can be used immediately without the need for additional work.
Users can easily copy and paste content from RiskSpace into their own engagement files and can also help expand and improve the selection by adding their own risk content to the database. CaseWare International will monitor the database to ensure that all content is clean and accurate and accountants will benefit from an increased capability to detect possible areas of risk.
