CaseWare International Announces the Acquisition of Credence Software
Toronto, Canada – July 12, 2010 – CaseWare International Inc. today announced its acquisition of 100% of the outstanding shares of Credence Software Ltd., the exclusive distributor of CaseWare products in the United Kingdom.
The company will now be traded under CaseWare U.K. Limited, a subsidiary of CaseWare International Inc. Garry Tomlinson has moved on to other interests and Simon Warren will continue in the role of Managing Director.
